Returns & Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery - please contact us immediately at email@example.com. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
UMÉ uses USPS & Fedex Priority Mail for all domestic deliveries.
Orders placed between Monday to Friday are fulfilled within 48 hours of placement, unless otherwise stated on the website.
UMÉ currently only ships domestically within the continental US. If you wish to place an international order, kindly contact the team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to fulfill it.
